To this end, NHS Scotland welcomes applications from all sections of society.To develop and deliver a specialised addictions service offering home alcohol detoxification, other alcohol and drug interventions and relapse prevention strategies within a defined geographical area, appropriate to the needs of that population.To provide specialist training, advice and consultancy to primary care, community agencies and generic staff on the management of alcohol and drug problems in a community setting.To co-ordinate care between and across community, outpatient, and hospital, voluntary and social care agencies.Provision of teaching and clinical supervision to nursing studentsThis post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record.
