- Provide support in compensation & benefit section including but not limited to MPF, taxation, visa application, medical insurance, performance management, administration, etc.;
- Assist to organize and co-ordinate staff relations and communication activities
- Liaise with internal and external parties for daily HR operation.
- Assist HR team to develop and implement various C&B projects including incentive schemes and other reward initiatives.
- Provide administrative support and ensure proper filing management is in place for onboarding and movements of all staff, update HRIS database to ensure all personnel records up-to-date and accurate
- Handle the staff handbook and policy are up-to-date and close to the market trend
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in C&B function
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong HR concepts & business acumen and proficient in Labor Ordinance and market practices
- Experienced in visa application and IR application
- Strong problem solving and HR project management skills
- Business fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
