- Reward programs: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of new compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and employee perks.
- Data Analysis: Analyse internal data, including salary surveys, employee performance, and turnover rates, to make recommendations for adjustments to compensation and benefits programs.
- Guidance and support: Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary negotiations, and promotions.
- Monitoring. Monitor and track the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organisational goals.
- Compliance. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits, including wage and hour laws, equal pay regulations, and tax implications.
- Budget and forecasting. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to budget and forecast compensation-related costs.
- Reporting. Prepare and present reports and presentations to HR leadership on compensation and benefits trends, issues, and recommendations.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits, data analysis and reporting, preferably in a global/regional environment or consulting firm.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex information to various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to compensation and benefits administration.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage and/or multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with the Hay methodology is a preference.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
