With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we are committed to expanding our product offerings and enhancing our market presence.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Reward Analyst to co-design, implement and execute employee compensation and benefits programs within the company, in alignment with our people strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits analysis, preferably in a global/regional environment or consulting firm, with a proven track record in data analytics, reporting and HR information systems. Reporting directly to the HR Lead Rewards, the Reward Analyst will work closely with HR, finance, and business leaders to ensure that compensation and benefits packages are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives.Key Responsibilities: * Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark the organisation's compensation and benefits packages against industry standards and competitors.
  • Reward programs: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of new compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and employee perks.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse internal data, including salary surveys, employee performance, and turnover rates, to make recommendations for adjustments to compensation and benefits programs.
  • Guidance and support: Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary negotiations, and promotions.
  • Monitoring. Monitor and track the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Compliance. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits, including wage and hour laws, equal pay regulations, and tax implications.
  • Budget and forecasting. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to budget and forecast compensation-related costs.
  • Reporting. Prepare and present reports and presentations to HR leadership on compensation and benefits trends, issues, and recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits, data analysis and reporting, preferably in a global/regional environment or consulting firm.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex information to various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to compensation and benefits administration.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage and/or multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with the Hay methodology is a preference.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
