Chief Financial Officer (real estate)Base to £200,000 plus bonusMy client is UK based, award-winning real estate owner / developer. They are looking to hire a qualified CFO (minimum 10 years PQE) based in London. You will report to the CEO covering the following.· Work with the CEO on all aspects of strategy, growth and development opportunities· Review and prepare all month end processes and reporting requirements.· Oversee budget, forecasting, scenario modelling and outcome planning.· Supervise of monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to include VAT submissions and balance sheet reconciliations.· Maintain and produce annual and interim accounts for the business including all the supporting schedules.· Interaction with investment team and preparation of quarterly reports.· Monitoring and control of individual project funding· Manage all aspect of financial reports including opex, capex and working capital.· Responsible for all joint venture accounting· Control overall cash flow management to include medium- and short-term cash planning.· Lead audit reviews, preparation of audit schedules and liaison with the audit team.· Manage the day-to-day treasury including banking functions.· Oversee AP, AR, payroll functions.To be considered for this exciting opportunity you should be a qualified accountant (min 10 years PQE) within real estate sector.
