Product managers are a home of technical and capital market experts who work together to design and build our software and product roadmap whereas our QA team is constantly aimed at enhancing the quality of our platform delivery through test methodologies.Team and Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our Paris-based quality assurance team. The position oversees the Quality Assurance of Compliance and Limits in Calypso Trading Solution.This is a tremendous opportunity to strengthen business, product, & technical skills.The position requires someone with a strong motivation and desire to work in a challenging environment. An understanding of the release and software development lifecycle would be advantageous. Our QA team maintains the integrity & reliability of the Compliance/Limits/Market Conformity solution by working closely with the Product Management and Engineering groups.Responsibilities:Assure the quality and persistence of the software by understanding the BRD/FSD and designing test cases to capture bugs within the system. Execution of test cases and testing the corrections of bugs and enhancementsWork in close collaboration with both our Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure the inclusion of enhancements requested by clients in the software and ensure delivery.Design, development, & execution of manual and automated test solutionsAnalysis of automated test results and failuresDocumenting test cases and maintaining the test libraryETL: Creation, upgrade, and maintenance of test environments and test dataSkills & Requirements:Engineering graduate or full-time MBA in finance from a reputed institute1 to 3 years of experience in the Financial Market preferably in Compliance, Regulations, Market riskUnderstanding of SQL scriptsAbility to read complex BRD, and FSD documents and design test casesAbility to do complex setups and configuration and execute test casesStrong ability to work independently in a techno-functional environmentExperience with phases of the SDLCVery good analytical skills and problem-solving abilityUnderstanding of Java/ OOPs concepts, troubleshooting skills (analyzing logs, etc)Must be a fast learner, self-motivated, team player, and collaboratorHands-on experience with Xray or QualityCenter will be an advantageHands-on experience with cucumber/ cypress or any other automation framework will be an advantageWhat We Offer!Monthly base salary based on your experienceFlexible health Insurance programFlex day program (6 days a year)Lunch vouchersInternal mentorship program – get a mentor or become one12 Employee Networks to joinOpportunities to grow horizontally or vertically in the organizationWide selection of online learning resources, e.g Udemy, O‘ReillyDoes this sound like you?This is a full-time permanent position located in Paris.
