- Contributes to maintain the Internal Control framework for business operations based on Corporate instructions.
- Documents and reports the progress of the internal control activities: walkthroughs, testing, deficiencies, remediation plans.
- Support the local process/control owners with both the identification of the key improvements and the deployment of the remediation plans.
- Provide technical guidance and training to local process/control owners for establishing and maintaining a satisfactory system of ICFR.
- Contributes to the implementation of the company policies, procedures and practices.
- Qualifications: Master Degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration or other finance related degree.
- Up to three years of experience in External or Internal Auditing.
- Languages: Italian and English fluent
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with stakeholders across all the organization.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, encourages new innovative solutions when appropriate.
- Be able to work flexible hours during peak business periods.
- Availability to the geographical mobility.
