Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketer to join our team in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, particularly within the talent development or education industry, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and online advertising.- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and media outlets.- Prepare and present marketing reports and proposals to senior management.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the talent development or education industry.- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong organizational and time management skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with Saudi tenders' platforms such as Etimad.- Experience in managing marketing budgets and financial planning.
