- Education: High school Diploma or College Degree required
- RBT certification is required prior to working with a client
- Experience: One year experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.

- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Able to perform activities that require fine and gross motor skills, bend, kneel, squat, sit on floor level or in a chair, or stand for periods of time while working with clients.
- Able to respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of clients.
- Able and willing to work in both indoor and outdoor settings.
- Provide one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with autism and developmental disabilities in the home or community setting.
- Implement behavior intervention and individualized treatment plans for children between the ages of 2 and 21
- Conduct discrete trials, natural environment teaching, and utilize a variety of skill building and reinforcement methods inline with the treatment plan during sessions.
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions for all programs targeted and enter into EMR daily.
- Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training
- Work collaboratively with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to implement procedures of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
- Maintain open and direct communication with the BCBA, other RBT team members, clinical directors, and families to support the clients’ needs
- Receive Supervision from a BCBA at a minimum of 5% of services provided.
- Maintain professional boundaries around all clients and families.
- Maintain BACB Ethical Compliance Code for RBTs
- Able to effectively resolve conflicts and challenging situations smoothly.
- Maintain proactive communication with supervisor for feedback and guidance.
