Project Manager - SAP Implementation (Preferred SI background)

• Engage in diverse customer engagements across industries, focusing on SAP implementations.
• Deliver projects in alignment with internal financial, operational, and contractual targets.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and adhering to budget constraints.
• Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses and develop comprehensive business plans.
• Evaluate and adapt to external and internal business environment changes, ensuring project scope remains aligned with objectives.
• Assess project plans for dependencies, gaps, and ongoing business value, proactively addressing challenges as they arise.
• Manage project compliance requirements, changes, issues, risks, and backlog, driving efficient project closure.
• Facilitate discussions, problem-solving, and conflict resolution to ensure smooth project progression.
• Oversee project budget, work allocations, manpower, and resource needs, optimizing team efficiency and effectiveness.

• Tertiary qualification, with additional qualifications in computer science, accountancy, or business administration being advantageous.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge, preferably in SAP and related IT technologies such as web services, interfaces, database technologies, and infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and solutioning skills.
• Proficiency in project management, encompassing scope management, risk management, stakeholder management, and project communications.
• Extensive integration working experience with other SAP modules.
• Diverse industry experience within Singapore.
• Hands-on involvement in at least two end-to-end implementations.
• Robust business acumen and ability to engage effectively with business users.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with a strong interpersonal aptitude.
• Ability to work independently, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to thrive under pressure.
• Related professional or technical qualifications would be advantageous, with experience in SAP S/4 HANA highly desirable.
