The overall responsibility for the senior process engineer is to improve production efficiency, quality, cost and information flow.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责:1.Lead production projects, especially the projects related with Industry 4.0. 2. Design and optimize dept material and information flow to improve production process and efficiency; 3. Analyse production data and identify opportunities to improve; 4. Facilitate related parties to implement new ocesses and new project; 5. Perform department cost analysis and budget control; 6. Analyse and validate the new investment on equipment or project; 7. Work closely with OE, PPC, Production and automation team to complete SGA & CI projects; 8. Provide Lean knowledge and methodology training to workers when necessary; 9. Monitor the operation metrics like UEE, UPLH & Scrap, etc, and provide the necessary support to support metrics improvement. 10.Provide support on supervisor and manager's daily management. 11.Other work assigned by the manager.QualificationsWHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU 职位要求:1. At least 3 years of working experience in continual improvement and process standardization.2. Bachelor's degree or above, Major in IE or Printing is preferred. 3. Have good knowledge on LEAN,6sigma and project management tools. 4. Good command of process management and data analysis. 5. CET-4 or above, fluent in both written and oral English. 6.
