- The main responsibility is to define and capture customer needs, preparing timeline of the project.
- Continuously communicate with the client and/or relevant stakeholders, and track the progress.
- Support with deliverability best practices.
- Help the team to thrive in the project delivery and to remove obstacles.
- Support and guide the small team of developers and helping them to improve.
- Monitor utilisation of the team members, highlighting issues (not enough work, too much work), working with the team and stakeholeders to plan the right amount of workload for the team.
- Cooperation with global accounts.

- Experience in working with JIRA or any similar project management tool in order to manage tickets/workflow tickets in and works directly with Devs/QA.
- English at a communicative level.
- Practical PM experience for at least 2 years.
- Understanding the team competencies and capabilities. Capability to work with other PMs and CTO to plan the right project for the team and manage workload.
- Previous experience in the Pharma / Health Care industry is a bonus (but not required).
- Knowledge / experience in working with different tech platforms such as Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault Promo Mats, SFMC emailing tools, Web development or similar is nice to have.
- Experience in speaking some degree of developer-ese to be able to translate from the business folk who can't.
- Ability to grab, review and validate any feedback for revisions (from QA or Client) before sharing with Dev Team.
- Highly organized, motivated and detail-oriented.
- Self-directed, proactive, and accountable problem solver.
- Have strong communication skills (to communicate with both, production and business stakeholders) and ability to prioritize effectively.
- A drive for knowledge and seeking out opportunities.
- Ability to exercise best practices, current trends, and come up with creative solutions to development problems or obstacles.
