- Develop & execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Working closely with sales affiliate to promote our products and execute sales plan.
- Responsible for managing and servicing key customer account and maintaining a high level of sales achievement in target market segments.
- To understand and implement sales strategies to source for new business opportunities.
- To coordinate with Product Marketing department and customer for new product requisition.
- Survey and understand the current market in order to develop new market and maintain existing market under a competitive environment.
- Establish product-based pricing benchmark and structure that meets business target margins.
- Provide timely response to customers' requests for quotation and pricing analysis.
- Analyse business issues and deliver new insights that help improve business performance.
- To ensure timely, accurate and adequate sales information with the customers on the order status, vessel booking and decide on follow-up action.
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Engineering of Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, Business studies or other equivalent engineering qualifications with minimum CGPA 3.0 or 2nd class upper.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, solution provider, outgoing and sporting personality, teamwork.
