Responsibilities:

Educating the customers regarding the services and products offered.
Identifying customers' needs and helping them in understanding the services and products on Chat.
Keeping the customers up to date with products, new features, announcements, and any new functionalities. -
Handling multiple customer's live chats at a time to provide assistance related to the services and products.
Taking follow-up with customers to ensure their critical issues are resolved.
Maintaining records for new feature requests and chat support records.

Requirements:

Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with 90% accuracy. - A minimum of 50% accuracy in English comprehension.

Must have a Customer-centric attitude

Minimum 6 months of experience required.

Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.

Handling US/Europe customers via Live chat is a Plus.
