- Coordinate with vendors regarding procedures and provision of competent workforce for contact center services.
- Carry out regular monitoring and evaluation of performance standards and Contact Center service activities in various work sides so that they run according to targets and applicable regulations.
- Responsible for managing non-voice performance and artificial intelligent systems and services on chatboats.
- Manage the handling of requests and complaints related to the Company's contact center products and services in accordance with applicable procedures.
- Coordinating with internal parts of the company to update information products and services that will relate to customers in running the contact center.
- Minimum Bachelor degree from any majors (minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00).
- Proficient in English, both written and oral.
- Good communication skills, proactive, and team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta.
