The ideal candidate will be responsible for various accounting tasks, primarily focusing on automated payment processing through SAP, cash flow management, and bank reconciliations. The role requires a strong understanding of financial operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: - Automated payment processing through SAP - Processing of advance payments through SAP - Preparation of daily and monthly cash flow reports with variance reporting - Daily upload of bank statements and bank reconciliations - Posting of all payments (including import payments) and collections (including export collections) in SAP - Posting of journal vouchers - Verification of bank charges and bank interest as per agreed terms and posting in SAP - Vendor registrations, verifications of processed payments, and authorizations on CMS platforms of banks - Coordination and liaising with internal teams and bankers for smooth operations - Managing working capital requirements and surplus in day-to-day operations - Following SOPs, guidelines, and best practices for carrying out functional responsibilities - MIS and reporting Important Competencies: - Ability to perform in functional responsibilities - Ability to work with cross-functional teams - Ability to work with functional teams Experience: - SAP knowledge of 5+ years - Working experience in MS Excel/MS Office of 5+ years - Experience of automatic payments processing (F110) through SAP and experience in cash flow management - Experience of online/CMS platforms of banking - Working experience in a manufacturing company in the last 2-3 years KRAs and KPIs: - Duties and Responsibilities: As outlined above - Skills and Competencies: Including but not limited to SOPs General Remarks: - The expected CTC should not exceed 20-25% of hike from the candidate's current CTC and must be within the budget. - A psychometric test will be conducted if the candidate moves to the HR stage. - Experience weightage should be more on payment processing, SAP, and cash flow experience is a must. - An MBA is nice to have with a BCom OR MCom degree. - Local candidates are preferred.
