- Bank Reconciliation: Perform the comparison and adjustment between the company's financial records and bank statements to ensure transaction accuracy.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the cash flows of the offices for which you are responsible.
- Accounts Payable Supervision: Oversee the company's bill payment process, ensuring that bills are paid on time and in accordance with established financial policies.
- Accounts Receivable Management and Support: Manage and support activities related to the collection of amounts owed to the company by clients, aiming to maximize cash flow.
- Financial Project Creation: Develop strategic financial projects to optimize resource management and maximize the company's financial performance according to the area's demand and office's current needs.
- Direct Assistance to the Front Office: Provide direct financial support to front office areas, offering relevant financial insights and analyses.
- Team and Individual Goal Management: Define and monitor goals for both teams and individuals in the front office, aiming to improve performance and results and correlating them with costs.
- Monitoring of Operational and Budgetary Costs: Closely monitor the company's operational costs and compare them with annual budget lines to ensure financial control and efficiency.
- Analysis of Accounting Documents and Correlation with Financial Analyses: Analyze accounting documents and link them to broader financial analyses to gain insights into the company's financial health and identify areas for improvement.

- Results Meeting Presentations and Weekly Cash Management Monitoring: Prepare and present results reports in meetings, as well as conduct weekly cash management reviews, providing crucial information for decision-making.
- Supervision of Interns and Assistants: Oversee and guide interns and assistants in financial tasks, ensuring efficiency and the development of their skills.
- Alignment with LATAM Team Analyst: Maintain effective communication and alignment with the financial analyst of the Latin America team, ensuring consistency and collaboration in financial processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related field;
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, preferably in a multicultural environment;
- Advanced proficiency in Excel;
- Intermediate proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus;
- Advanced level of English is a must. Spanish is a plus;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams;
- Motivation to work in a multicultural environment;
- Ability to handle confidential information.
