For more information visit .ResponsibilitiesAbout the role
  • Work in partnership with business areas and act as an interface with HR team members.
  • Be an ambassador for HR, ensuring awareness of all initiatives and the impact on employees
  • Coach Line Managers and employees on HR related topics
  • Conduct investigations in consultation with Senior HR Manager
  • Manage and deploy small to medium scale HR global projects and change initiatives.
  • Manage escalations and support the business to create a positive employee environment.
  • Responsible for all HR statutory returns e.g. Equality Monitoring Manage relationships with labour relations stakeholders
  • Be the go-to person for GDPR and HR compliance related issues
  • Management of portions of the monthly payroll process.
  • Other global duties as required which fall within the scope and remit of the role.
Who are we looking for?Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years Human Resources experience in a HR generalist role
  • CIPD Membership
  • Degree in HR or related business subject
  • Knowledge of UK, USA and Polish Employment law required
  • Knowledge of HR audits and recordkeeping
