We have a great opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team.We are New Zealand's leading Daimler commercial vehicle specialist, operating throughout the North Island.Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Co-Ordinator will have minimum 1-3 years relevant experience. This position will support in the planning and controlling of stock by managing stock movement, including identifying and arranging for work to be carried out on vehicles.Key Responsibilities would include the following:

Liaise closely with the sales and aftersales team to follow through ‘vehicle action plans
Thoroughly check stock for damage and accurately complete reports
Receiving new stock
Arrange purchase orders and pre-book work required on vehicles and ensure carried out in a timely manner
Arrange COFs, Registrations and other compliances
Prior to delivery ensure all documentation and certificates are issued and attached to the vehicle, as well as handbooks being ready
Maintain high efficiency in stock movement between dealers and all suppliers
Pickup and drop-off of vehicles as required
Use dealer management system to maintain information
Manage drivers and groomers, prioritising workloads
Ensure regular toolbox meetings are held with logistics team
Must have Class 4 Licence
