  • Master data Office, responsible for international codification and data checks
  • Master data Incident for data incidents resolution through animation of different data owners and the divisions
  • Master Data Quality, which open and follow root cause analysis to improve the quality of the data (completeness, accuracy, on time)
INTERESTED?THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO IN NUTSHELL!We can summarize your missions in several missions:EMDE ways of working improvementAs the RESPONSIBLE of the operational excellence, you will ensure the processes improvement between the 3 departments of Master Data Office, Incident and Quality, and the performance of the transversal ways of working between these cross activities:
  • Animate the EMDE team to prepare KPIs and ensure continuous improvement to improve collective efficiency
  • Set up new processes and manage the team to ensure their availability and update in the right tool
  • Liaise with the BEST team located in Madrid (Master Data team responsible of the local codes creation) to follow up on efficient ways of working by activity
EMDE “brand marketing” and communication on EMDE Value propositionIn order to improve data quality through alignment on common processes among all stakeholders, you will be responsible for the EMDE value proposition and internal image:
  • Implement a regular survey to identify improvement needs coming from our internal stakeholders (S&OP, DMI, SDE/performance Divisions)
  • Set up action plans accordingly
  • Give visibility of our improvement to stakeholders and play the spoke person of the EMDE teams towards the other departments
Quality and Incident supportAs RESPONSIBLE of business continuity through data quality, you will be in charge of understanding with stakeholders (plant, controlling, S&OP, R&I, packaging …) the business impact of missing data and what is at critical stakes regarding incidents:
  • animate one referent group (stakeholders by métier) to analyze quality and volume of incidents opened in the ticketing tool (“MARIO”).
  • analyze the main KPI of data incident (backlog, time of resolution, business impacts of these incidents)
  • ensure the animation strategy improvement with this referent group to manage the data quality and incident management

  • A first experience on master data processes is a plus (at least a first strong experience in Supply Chain)
