Maintenance Worker / Gardener based at Wellesley Court, Waterlooville Job descriptionMaintenance Worker / Gardener based at Wellesley Court, WaterloovilleAvailable Hours:Permanent – Part Time – 30 hours per week.Reporting to the Manager you will be responsible for all general maintenance and upkeep duties required to ensure a safe and attractive environment for residents and staff.Duties will include planned preventive work and safety checks, as well as running repairs and the supervision of outside contractors.
