Customer Service (Mandarin Speaker Needed)

• Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin as this candidate will be engaging with customer.
• Possess minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Able to communicate with all levels.
• Have a good team spirit.
• Willing to integrate into the team and actively cooperate with the work.

• Responsible for customer reception and consultation
• Answer customer questions about products; help newcomers plan
• Provide professional and meticulous services to customers, and facilitate the transaction of customer orders - signing package
• Manage and maintain customer relationships, and improve customer satisfaction
