​Our ClientWe have partnered with a leading law firm in their search for a Corporate Real Estate Associate to join their market leading Real Estate Group.The practice focuses on a wide range of transactional work including, commercial leases, investment, and portfolio transactions.​Main DutiesKey responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate contracts, agreements, leases, and other legal documents.Providing legal advice and guidance on a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development projects.Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant real estate transactions.​Qualifications Required4+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer.Strong understanding of commercial real estate law, transactions, and regulations.Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.​For more information about this position, please get in touch with Chloe Gaskin.
