Qualifications: Knowledge of the proper use of cleaning utensils and equipment, especially extractors, buffers, and related cleaning equipment. Knowledge of proper building cleaning; and the ability to perform minor maintenance repairs as necessary. The successful candidate will need to display strong interpersonal skills and adapt well to various task demands.Responsibilities: Basic functions are general building cleaning to include, but not limited to, floors, carpets, walls, ceilings, classrooms, office area and other areas as designated; also responsible for general upkeep of school grounds; works under the direct supervision of the Head Custodian.Terms of Employment: This is an on-call as needed position.
