Senior Structural Engineer

• Project management and engineering design for new industrial projects and additions to existing facilities.
• Coordinate structural designs with other engineering disciplines as well as client requirements.
• Direct work of junior engineers and designers concerning document production.
• Interface with vendor personnel and with the client’s personnel.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 10+ years of experience as a structural engineer
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• General knowledge of AISC standards and AWS codes
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience with structural analysis, documentation, construction drawings, steel fabrication drawing reviews.
• Experience with concrete and foundation design, including interfacing with geotechnical engineers.
• Experience coordinating work within an internal team of structural engineers and structural designers, as well as crossdisciplinary coordination.
• Ability to work using 3D models, like AutoCAD and Navisworks

• Experience in industrial design work
• Experience with STAAD Pro, TEKLA, RAM
