SATS Interventions Teacher (part-time)

£30,000 - £46,525 per annum (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)
ASAP – End of May 2024The School and RoleVision for Education are currently recruiting on behalf of a Primary School in Barnsley. This position is required to start immediately and is required until the end of May 2024.This role offers the opportunity to help make progress with children in Year 6 to prepare for their SATS and develop within the subjects, Maths, Reading and Writing. Your role will include:
  • To plan and deliver fun and exciting lessons focusing on the subject groups for SATs.
  • Communicate with the class teacher regarding targeted areas of development required and feedback progress through monitoring and assessments.
  • Maintain accurate progress tracks for each child and communicate with parents/ carers and to give advice on extra-curricular activities for each pupil to help with progress.
RequirementsThe desired Class Teacher will have;
  • Have an excellent understanding of how children learn
