Responsibilities：
  • Follow GMP & SOP
  • Follow AstraZeneca policy
  • Able to operate machine and know the job responsibility and get the job certificate
  • Familiar with in-process-control, take the IPC responsibility if finish IPC training and pass the test
  • Perform the production based on KanBan and fill it
  • Write the BPR & Logbook in time, and report the deviation
  • Line Cleaning
  • Product changeover, format clean
  • Actively participate in problem solving
  • Propose continuous improvement ideas based on lean skills and mindset, participate in improve project
  • Keep good 5S status in shopfloor
  • Familiar with in-process-release, take
  • the IPC responsibility if finish IPC training and pass the test
  • routine check according spot check form
  • Report equipment abnormal in time and solve minor equipment stops
  • Participate in equipment general upkeep
  • Help equipment maintenance and upkeep with engineer
  • Accept relative training of GMP&SHE
  • Train new staff and others’ skills
  • Have multi-skills
  • Participate drafting training materials and process standard
Requirements：
  • Bachelor or above，major in pharmaceutical/automation releavant
  • 1+ yrs experience in pharma industry，manufaturing is mandatory
  • Workable English
  • Shift working acceptable
  • MES Knowledge
  • Logical communication
