A passion for working with students with special needs and a deep commitment to their educational and emotional well-being.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification, with experience in special education.
A thorough understanding of diverse special educational needs, including knowledge of relevant teaching strategies and accommodations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and the wider school community.
