UI/UX Designer (Big Retail Company)

• Develop and maintain the design system, ensuring it meets current and future needs.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand requirements and provide UI/UX design expertise.
• Solve complex design problems in a user-centered way.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and design mockups using Figma.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Communicate design decisions and rationales to stakeholders across the company.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, particularly in building and maintaining design systems.
• Proficiency in Figma is a must.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design work and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A user-centered design approach, with experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
