- Execute behavior intervention plans under supervision
- Offer direct support and aid to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Gather data on target behaviors and monitor progress towards objectives
- Aid in the creation of tailored treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure intervention consistency and efficacy
- Maintain regular communication with supervisors and colleagues, providing progress updates and addressing concerns
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for individuals and their families
- Support teachers, teaching assistants as well as parents/guardians with updates regarding the children’s development

- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, counseling, or a related field. Or experience with challenging behaviour (Unqualified with prior or similar experience, also welcome to apply)
- Experience in behavioural analysis and intervention, preferably in an educational or social setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with a range of individuals, including students, parents, teachers, and other professionals.
- Able to commute to High Wycombe
