- Improve in-store sales fundamentals through maximizing product availability, brand visibility, shelf space, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate closely with retailers to ensure effective distribution of the product portfolio and maximize growth and market share through effective promotions.
- Expands overall business performance through the formulation and execution of sales strategies and business plans tailored for designated retailers, aiming to attain specified market share and sales targets.
- Oversees distributor networks and operational teams to ensure seamless execution in stores and extend distribution reach.
- Collaborates closely with the trade marketing team to ensure the successful implementation of local promotional initiatives.
- Conducts routine evaluations of sales performance and trade-related activities in partnership with designated modern trade retailers.
- Spearheads the development and implementation of strategies for effective merchandising and shelf management, while actively monitoring local market dynamics within assigned clientele.
- Provides recommendations and participates in financial decision-making processes pertaining to designated clientele.
- At least 5 years of key account management experiences (modern trade FMCG).
- Successful track record in growing modern trade sales performance.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly analytical with strong business acumen and influencing skills to manage key stakeholders.
