- Do you have experience working in Hospitality, such as a Waitress or Chef?
- Or maybe you have worked within an Education or Healthcare company?
- Starting base salary in the region of £26,000 – negotiated on experience.
- Excellent commission structure in place with a likelihood of earning more than £1,000 extra per month after roughly 6-12 months in role.
- Average annual earnings of £35,000 - £40,000 after bonuses.
- Working hours of 8am to 5pm – some flexibility required.
- Mainly Monday to Friday.
- Office based - located in Birmingham (Jewellery Quarter), a short walk from New Street/ Snow Hill train stations.
- Excellent progression opportunities to develop your own client base across time.
- Working within a highly successful and long-established team, giving you all the tools needed to hit the ground running.
- We are very open minded with regards to past experience and do not specifically require you to have done recruitment before, as training is provided.
- Experience within Hospitality / Healthcare/ School environments is highly beneficial.
- Experience within a supervisory or management role is essential.
