- Process Mapping: Create visual representations of processes to pinpoint areas needing attention.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate reasons behind process problems to address underlying issues.
- Process Improvement Recommendations: Make suggestions for process enhancements based on analysis results.
- Change Management: Help teams adapt to process changes smoothly and efficiently.
- Performance Measurement: Set up metrics to measure process effectiveness and fix issues as they arise.
- Process Documentation: Document process updates for consistency and training purposes.
- Continuous Process Monitoring: Keep an eye on processes regularly to catch problems early and improve them.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with different support teams to make sure process improvements align with tech hub goals.
- Quality Assurance Support: Ensure process improvements meet quality standards and regulations.
- Training and Development: Train employees on new processes and tools to ensure smooth adoption.
- Holder of a relevant degree or certificate from an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years' experience as Process Analyst or equivalent role in a Service Desk environment.
- Proven experience in process analysis, improvement, and documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
