The Marketing Specialist will support the Sales and Marketing Manager in executing effective marketing strategies, marketing campaigns, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the marketing department. He/She will play a key role in coordinating marketing initiatives, executing marketing plans, and providing insights to enhance marketing performance and achieve business goals.Responsibilities:

Assist in executing and implementing marketing plans and strategies.
Coordinate and oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research, surveys, and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Oversee content creation for marketing materials, social media, and the company website.
Organize and oversee company events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Assist in managing SEO, lead generation and other digital marketing campaigns.
Analyze marketing performance data, market research, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Handles other marketing tasks assigned by Marketing Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and campaign management.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO and social media.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and basic graphic design skills.

Key Skills & Core Competencies

Knowledge in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and basic graphic design skills.
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret marketing data.
Adaptability to changing market trends and conditions.
English language is a must.
