- Build very strong relationships with our employees, managers, and senior leaders as a way to get to know how to best meet their needs
- Partner with Talent & Learning colleagues and HR Business Partners to shape and translate business needs into strategy
- Drive and implement China Talent & Learning strategy and key programs and projects, e.g., Succession, Performance Management, Career Development, Coaching & Mentoring, Retention Strategy, Internal Mobility, Leadership Development Programs and Partner Relationships, Learning Shared Service transformation,, etc. Collaborate with stakeholders and Sr. leaders to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities, milestones, and drive delivery to meet deadlines to meet program goals
- Act as Subject Matter Expert and partner with Global People development colleagues and external vendors to (re) design / introduce new learning programs as needed per business and People Development strategy
- Collaborate with other Talent & Learning teams across regions to share best practices and ensure continuity across multiple programs and teams
- Supports other HR Department initiatives leveraging natural tendency towards teamwork
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in business-related field. Advanced degree and/or organizational development-related certification (e.g., ODCP, CPF, ICF) or designation preferred
