- Maintain your leadership role in school whilst working part time as an adviser.
- Broaden your experience and knowledge beyond your own school whilst developing other senior leaders.
- Gain experience in a wider school effectiveness role, whilst maintaining your current terms and conditions.
- Generate additional income by covering a proportion of your salary costs.
- As a headteacher, executive headteacher, Ofsted inspector or school adviser.
- Of leading improvements within your current educational role and experience working with a number of schools.
- Of using the Education Inspection Framework to bring about improvements. Experience working as an Ofsted inspector is desirable.
- Of excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Of working independently with an eye for detail
- Work alongside highly motivated and professional individuals, committed to the ongoing improvement of provision in schools.
- Play a significant role in supporting schools as their named Improvement Adviser as well as school-based consultancy support both within Kent and beyond.
- Build on your skills and interests to further develop our training and support for schools.
- Have the opportunity to work with a variety of schools and school leaders.
- Make a difference to the life chances of children and young people across Kent and beyond.
- On occasion, work more intensively with schools to ensure rapid improvement as a consultant leader.
