- Leveraging a basic understanding of the wide range of LOGEX products and services, to directly answer to user questions
- Probing user questions and getting full clarity on what is needed, in order to get to first time right and complete answers
- Leveraging a solid understanding of internal processes, to be able to connect or direct customer questions to the right people and to chase for timely resolution
- Establish and maintain a robust knowledge base for internal and external use
- Manage the self-service portal, user management and product configuration
- Troubleshoot issues using internal tooling's
- Investigate and diagnose technical problems
- Recognizing recurring user questions/experiences, and communicating these to team lead and/or product teams
- Document all client interactions in ticketing system
- Following company procedures.
- We are looking for around 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. technical support, customer support)
- Preferably you are at the office 2/3 of the time
- Technically savvy, great interest in software
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with others
- Result-oriented, customer-oriented, with a structured way of working and a pragmatic 'can-do' mentality
- Analytical and customer-oriented work experience, preferably with a link to healthcare
- You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English
