We are looking for our Milan Marriott Hotel for a pleasant, organized and friendly Front Office Manager to join our team! As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for all receptionist and clerical duties at the front desk of our office.
As the front-line-employee, your role will be extremely important for improving customer experience and satisfaction. Your goal should always be to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and satisfied while in our office.Responsabilities:
  • Maintains guest service as the driving philosophy of the hotel.
  • Personally demonstrates a commitment to guest services in responding promptly to guest needs.
  • Meets or exceeds hotel guest satisfaction measures.
  • Ensures hotel standards and services contribute to the delivery of consistent guest service.
  • Acts as manager on duty for hotel and manages front desk operations in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
  • Maintains a positive, cooperative work environment between staff and management.
Skill & Knowledge
Hospitality Management Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any related field such as Administration or Tourism Management.
C2 level or above, good at oral and written English.
3 to 5 years’ experience in a front office senior management position, preferably in a four-star international hotel
