As a Family Solicitor, the successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload with a focus on providing exceptional legal advice and representation. The role demands a compassionate approach to sensitive matters, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of service.Responsibilities:
- Advise and represent clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, separation, and related financial proceedings
- Handle care proceedings with the utmost sensitivity and professionalism
- Negotiate and draft agreements pertaining to child arrangements
- Prepare and manage all documentation necessary for court proceedings
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain the firm's reputation for excellenceSkills & Experience Required:
- A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in Family Law
- Proven track record in managing a full caseload autonomously
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle complex and emotionally charged cases with discretion and empathy
