Finance Controller - Gruppo internazionale

• Manage financial performance through daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly indicators and tools on sub-consolidated level
• Sparring with operations manager to provide accurate financial performance.
• In charge of strict operational expenses (Opex) controlling and optimization programs.
• Manage financial projections (Budgets- Estimates - forecasts) on sales order execution and ensure forecast accuracy and any deviations from budget are clearly quantified and supported by root cause documentation on sub-consolidated level.
• Partner with execution teams in order to mitigate/minimize potential deviations from budget and schedule, on identification of risks, contribute to quantify risks and set up mitigation plans.
• Monthly presentation of project financial performance to Region Finance Director.
• Manage net working capital, optimize project cashflow by overseeing invoicing and collections activities on sub-consolidated level
• Ensure and coordinate timely month-end closings in accordance with local legal regulations, US GAAP, group instructions and guidelines
• Drive implementation of management systems (Erp Microsoft Business Central)

• Bachelor degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance
• 5 to 10 years' experience in a manufacturing plant
• Strong demonstrated use ERP, Excel and PowerPoint
• English, Italian mandatory requirement
