- Manage the decommissioning process for Out-of-Service equipment.

- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Extensive experience in a leadership role as an Installation Technician or a similar field.
- Profound understanding of advanced network configurations and protocols.
- Proven track record in troubleshooting complex issues.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Certification in related field.
- In-depth knowledge of cutting-edge network technologies.
- Familiarity with advanced integration technologies and methodologies.
