Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a group of companies specializing in telecommunications and electronics.Our client is a leading company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, working in telecommunications, and they operate in three lines of business, from distribution and retail to after-sales services.The Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans for the client (or other lines of business and brands within the group) in order to attract potential customers, make investments, and retain existing ones.Key AccountabilitiesThe position involves: * Develops & implements Marketing strategies in line with Group Objectives by leading analysis of the market, building strong relationships with principles, being aware of global Commercial trends, & ensuring communication of the strategies throughout the Group in order to adapt strategies to the external environment.
  • Directs all the key functions in the commercial sector by setting KPIs, supporting implementation where needed, & monitoring results to ensure correct
  • implementation of the strategy
  • Leads negotiations with principals on major deals to ensure the company gets preferential terms, e.g. special marketing campaigns, product exclusivity, etc.
  • Assists in developing new principles whenever required by representing the commercial function to achieve the client's ultimate objective of being a mobility company.
  • Leads the implementation of the S&OP (sales and operating plan) process by supervising sales forecast and demand planning to maximize operations efficiency.
  • Monitors product availability & pricing to ensure company financial targets are achieved
  • Establishes the standards for CRM program, monitors customer satisfaction, directs & follow up CRM program implementation by discussing results & reviewing program progress & customer satisfaction results
  • Directs the Category Manager in developing marketing mix by agreeing ideas &
  • approaches to differentiate the offering.
  • Directs the Operations Manager in establishing, implementing & monitoring the daily operational procedures to ensure Commercial best practices are in place.
  • Identifies & specifies required reports from subordinates, e.g. revenue growth, inventory tracking, profitability rate, customer satisfaction, expansion progress, etc.
  • Ensures Company brand equity is protected & enhanced by having the right outlet environment and communicating the brand image.
  • Develops, manages & appraises subordinates. Monitors implementation of people management processes to ensure the management team is fully competent to perform their job roles
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are Looking for:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business-Related Subject.
  • MBA Degree is preferable.
  • Online sales experience is preferable.
  • 7 – 10 years’ experience at management / senior management level in a large.
  • Commercial organization in telecom industry.
  • Excellent English and fluent in Arabic.
  • Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
