- As the Director - Revenue and BDR Marketing Asia Pacific your responsibilities will include:
- Create and execute the revenue marketing plan to drive greater bottom of the funnel marketing activity through BDR actions and engagement with sales.
- Own the lead conversion process from lead through to opportunity driving value and optimisation at each point along the process resulting in an overall growth of marketing sourced pipeline in Asia Pacific.
- Working closely with sales to ensure hand off is smooth and sales follow up is strong ensuring an overall lead to won deal conversion improvement in region.
- Lead a team of BDRs from across Asia Pacific to drive excellence and performance of the BDR function and further growth of the team through clear ROI.
- Work with the APAC GTM Marketing leader on demand generation campaigns to ensure strong and engaging messaging that drives lead conversion and ensure BDR team is enabled and equipped on the campaign to drive conversion at the appropriate time.
- Have a strong and well-developed understanding of the Asia Pacific portfolio so you can drive education and enablement for the BDR team and suitable upsell and cross sell actions.
- Be a very strong collaborator and able to work across teams to achieve successful outcomes.
- Business related degree with strong track record in product & marketing strategy
- Deep understanding of technology services and its market drivers
- Strong regional marketing experience executing marketing strategy and planning to grow demand and pipeline
- Strong lead to pipeline conversion experience and ability to drive performance improvement in marketing sourced pipeline
- Experience using AI tools to drive demand would be highly regarded.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Building and cultivating cross functional relationships both internally and externally
- Confidence to engage with executive stakeholders and to clearly articulate messages against strategy
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence across a regional team in various locations.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills
- Exposure and understanding of different cultures and approaches
- Financial and Commercial acumen
- Very strong written and verbal communicator
- Strong understanding of the NTT DATA portfolio, target markets and strategic ambition
- Great performance management skills with the capability to drive improved results
- Ability to operate within a matrix environment
