SAP Consultant PDM/PLM

• Engage as a valuable member within the project team or lead specific work streams, directly reporting to the SAP Manager Logistics & Operations.
• Hands-on involvement in implementing SAP solutions, encompassing customization, functional testing, training, and other related tasks for Product Data Management (PDM)/Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Document Management.
• Efficiently contribute across all phases of SAP implementation projects, ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to project life cycle standards.
• Provide expert consultancy to the global business community in areas concerning Product Data Management, Product Lifecycle Management, and Document Management, facilitating informed decision-making and solution development.
• Take the lead in defining and crafting Business Requirements, taking full accountability for generating comprehensive Solution Proposals to address business needs effectively.
• Design innovative process solutions, preparing detailed functional specification documents, and serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and the Global IT organization to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Collaborate closely with SAP PDM/PLM stakeholders, including Subject-Matter experts, SAP Key-Users, and external 3rd Party Service Providers, ensuring cohesive alignment and understanding of new solutions.
• Organize and conduct workshops and training sessions for SAP Key-Users, fostering proficiency and confidence in utilizing SAP solutions effectively within the business context.
• Provide ongoing support to improve existing business operations by addressing and resolving SAP support tickets, encompassing service requests, incidents, and minor changes, thus ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.

• Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in relevant field.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP consultancy with appropriate certification.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and manage conflict situations effectively.
• Openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback, fostering growth and improvement.
