- Handle customer feedback from EMEA customers, ports, and terminals (transport and service related) and work in close co-operation with the customers, mills, sales, customer service and logistics
- Maintain good co-operation between Supply Chain Excellence team and internal stakeholders
- Follow-up of customers and vendors compensations
- Reporting and follow-up of customer feedback
- Customer Service or claim handling experience in an international environment
- Fluency in English (verbal and written communication)
- Customer-centric attitude and customer experience mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills to enable effective communication
- Service and solution minded with problem solving skills
- System knowledge (MS Office)
- Experience in using SAP SD is an asset.
