Key Responsibilities:1. Monitor the performance of assigned car dealership partners (new business solicitation, renewals, collection)2. Assist in various customer requests (preparation of proposals, policy and endorsement issuance, answering inquiries)3. Do weekly visitation of assigned dealers4. Do negotiations with Underwriting in terms of rates and terms & conditions in order to close an account5. Recruit at least 1 licensed and producing agent6. Prepare monthly production and pipeline reports
