HCL Cloud CoE (Practice) team is looking for an experienced Cloud Network consultant with expertise in network designing and implementation. In this role, you ll work closely with architecture and operations team on some of HCL's largest and most strategic customer engagements to build new Infrastructure, perform migrations, implement POC solutions.

o Experience - A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in an engineering/operations role with a software and/or services company.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Resolve critical and complex technical issues in a 24x7x365 global support delivery team. Combine technical expertise and customer requirements to solve complex business challenges.
Designing, Implementing, and managing Azure IaaS & PaaS Service.
Ability to quickly identify customer issues and being able to conduct in-depth diagnostics on networking services in Azure and on-premises
Work with Architects to deliver solutions and deploy new capabilities in customer environment.
Analyse and eliminate top issues impacting customer experience.
Build automation to solve customer problems and develop scripts to automate troubleshooting and diagnostics activities.
Create documentation (SOP's & TSG's) to help L1/L2 teams to support operations.
Work on critical, highly complex customer scenarios that span across multiple Networks and locations.
Act as a technical escalation point within the team
Work with leadership on process improvement and strategic initiativesRequirements:5+ years of experience in Enterprise Network design & Implementation and a minimum of 2 years of experience as Azure Cloud Network Engineer.
Expertise in Planning of IP addressing & designing subnets.
Expertise in designing and creating ExpressRoute Circuits and Site to Site VPN Tunnels.
Extensive hands-on experience in designing high availability network architecture.
Extensive hands-on experience on BGP, Static routing, route filters.
Extensive hands-on experience in designing and implementing Classic Hub & Spoke Architecture in Azure.
Experience in designing and implementing Azure Virtual WAN.
Expertise in planning and designing NSGs and monitoring the same.
Knowledge of Azure Firewall, Load Balancer, and traffic manager.
Good Knowledge of On-Premise s network connectivity and data flow across multiple segments.
Knowledge and experience of monitoring all network components like Express Route, VPN, NSGs in Azure.
Creating design documents like Network diagrams, HLD and LLD.
Experience in PowerShell, Python, JSON scripting preferred.
Ability to learn new technology in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for customers and focus on delivering the right customer experience. (1.)
