- Negotiate long-term program and assortment strategies with large-scale partners, pricing, assortment and volume.
- Develop and lead acquisition strategy and relationship development with Tier 1 & Tier 2 Vendor prospects.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders on departmental strategy, including participation in weekly leadership meetings and quarterly retreats.
- Develop initial revenue and profitability analysis for new vendor prospects, onboarding new vendors then smoothly transition to appropriate vendor manager.
- Drive dialogue and negotiations with executive level vendor contacts to set favorable business conditions for Spreetail.
- 3+ years business development experience.
- 3+ years end-to-end sales experience to drive a sale across the sales pipeline from research & proposal to creating a PO.
- Executive presence and able to lead cross functional and individual team efforts to obtain new vendors.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by success and enjoys working in a high pace environment.
- High level of attention to detail.
