Scope We are building a highly resilient and scalable world-class Transportation Management System (TMS) SaaS product, utilizing modern technologies. This requires a strong Performance engineering team within our Product Development (PD) organization. As a Performance Architect/Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding the team and ensuring optimal application performance and identifying potential bottlenecks. Technical Environment Performance Testing Tools: Familiarity with additional performance testing tools like Gatling, Grafana/Prometheus, or ELK. Scripting Languages: Exposure to scripting languages like Python or R for data analysis (a plus). Supply Chain Expertise: Prior experience within the Supply Chain domain (highly desirable). Prior experience with Order Management systems (OMS) or Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a significant advantage. Azure User Events: Familiarity with Azure User Events for tracking user Behavior (a plus). What You'll Do Design and develop comprehensive test scripts for performance, integration, and longevity testing. Independently execute full-scale performance tests using JMeter and other relevant tools. Analyse performance test results, pinpoint bottlenecks, and recommend solutions for improvement. Craft clear and concise performance test reports, effectively communicating findings to stakeholders. Develop innovative test automation scripts and utilities to enhance testing efficiency. What We Are Looking For Looking for Performance Testing professionals with 3 to 5 years of experience. JMeter expert with a deep understanding of performance testing principles and methodologies. Experience with a major cloud platform (Azure preferred). Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) for test automation. Experience with Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems. Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture. Familiarity with one of the major databases (Oracle or SQL Server). Prior experience with enterprise supply chain applications (TMS, WMS, OMS) or e-commerce applications a plus. Additional Skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
