The candidate will have the responsibility of coordinating, preparing, implementing, maintaining, and developing a management system plan and procedures in accordance with all applicable ISO standards subscribed to by the company. The candidate will also be responsible for developing process strategies, as well as maintaining process documents.Duties/Core Responsibilities.
  • Defines and develops procedures, plans, and assessments for ISO management systems.
  • Performs internal quality audits to ensure compliance with the company's ISO management systems.
  • Meets with process owners to evaluate existing processes and workflows, and assists in documenting process development.
  • Assists process owners in updating procedure documents.
  • Coordinates the review and approval of new or updated procedures.
  • Deploys new or updated procedures to relevant stakeholders, as applicable
  • Compiles reports to document process status and changes.
  • Communicates process findings and proposals to upper management, as necessary.
  • Implements the company's document control system and reports its performance for review and improvement purposes.
  • Serves as a QMS help desk to assist departments in interpreting and implementing processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred , Additional coursework in management and problem-solving techniques is advantageous. Candidates with a strong foundation in these areas will be highly regarded.
  • Experience in ISO 9001 standard and Internal Quality Auditing is desirable. Familiarity with other management systems such as ISO 45001, 22301, 27001 will be considered a plus.
  • 2 years’ experience in QA or any ISO management system is preferred.
  • Solid experience in documentation is highly desirable.
Skills and Attributes.
  • Excellent in English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
  • Strong planning and scheduling skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective document and records control, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
