Do external industry analysis to ensure that compensation remain relevant for the business and is market-competitive. Provide guidance to NOCs on forecasted salary increment using consistent & reputable HR consultant/vendor (cost efficiency) Give advice on proposing compensation package (include benefits) for senior leaders/expats. Implement effective reward programs in the region on an economy of scale (better bargaining power) Supports NOCs in designing salary framework (sales incentive, salary structure and benefits) cater to diverse needs of staff to attract and retain staff. Conduct annually on DOW Jones, insurance and any other matter (all survey & market research) Handle all expatriate management (non-Japanese) in APAC region. Responsible for workforce planning and organising of workshops in the region. Support Supervisors on projects assigned. Requirements: Minimum Degree level with 10 yrs of Compensation & Benefits experiences. Independent, Analytical, self - initiated with a bottom-up approach & continuous improvising mindset & a calm nature are essential attributes. Ability to clasp concept fast, detail oriented and digital savy. Strong in communication (verbal & written) & experienced on stand-up presentation is a must. Liaise with mid level managers.
